買單報關(guān)與單證報關(guān)的區(qū)別

　　有出口權(quán)的企業(yè)/工廠才有單證，單證報關(guān)需要提供一整套的報關(guān)資料給貨代/報關(guān)行。國家激勵出口，對有出口權(quán)的企業(yè)進(jìn)行退稅所以，單證報關(guān)的企業(yè)主要是可以申請退稅具體退多少取決于貨物對應(yīng)的國家政策。

　　買單報關(guān)指的是沒有出口權(quán)的企業(yè)，借助他人的單證進(jìn)行報關(guān)，所以買單報關(guān)不需要提供單證當(dāng)然，也不享有退稅的權(quán)利。

　　Buy-sheet customs clearance refers to enterprises without export rights,with the help of other people's documents for customs clearance,so buy-sheet customs clearance does not need to provide documents,of course,also do not enjoy the right to tax rebates.

　　CIF需要提供：

　　CIF needs to provide.

　　貨物品名/柜型/數(shù)量/重量/裝貨地址/起運港/買單or單證，還有目的港DDU/DDP則需要根據(jù)客戶具體的要求，在CIF信息的基礎(chǔ)上，可能需要提供貨值/目的地詳細(xì)地址/收貨人信息等。

　　Cargo name/container type/quantity/weight/loading address/port of origin/buy order or documents,and the destination port DDU/DDP need to be based on the specific requirements of the customer,on the basis of CIF information,may need to provide the value of goods/destination address details/consignee information.

　　當(dāng)貨代接收到以上信息時會給發(fā)貨人（客戶）報價確認(rèn)報價后接單，一般需要客戶提供：裝箱單/提供錄艙單給客戶填寫信息與客戶確認(rèn)無誤后（包括裝箱單信息/船期等）

　　When the freight forwarder receives the above information will give the consignor(customer)offer to confirm the offer to take orders,generally need to provide customers:packing list/provide the recorded manifest to the customer to fill out the information and customer confirmation(including packing list information/ship date,etc.)

　　以CIF為例：

　　貨代向船公司訂艙安排拖車（列明柜號、車牌號、司機(jī)及聯(lián)系電話）等船公司下發(fā)SO（訂艙單/提箱單）

　　將提箱單給拖車司機(jī)，司機(jī)拿著提箱單去堆場打單，打單之后，會拿到一份“設(shè)備交接單”（一式多聯(lián)）和一個鉛封司機(jī)拿著資料去指定的堆場提空柜，接著到工廠裝柜，工廠裝好貨之后，用鉛封把箱子封上（一般會拍照取證）再將封好的貨柜拉回碼頭。
